I only made 2 dishes from my meal plan last week – we were down with a bug thus all appetite went out the window.
We’re feeling much better so I hope to make good of this week’s meal plan:
- Monday – leftover lamb and vegetable curry
- Tuesday – salmon, puy lentils and courgette tagliatelli
- Wednesday – chicken piccata, mash and green peas
- Thursday – gnocchi and tomatoes in sage butter sauce
- Friday – leftover gnocchi
