This week is only going to get busier at work as we get closer to the end of March where we have several deadlines to meet. I hope the meal plan below is a realistic one – otherwise if we’re short of time, I might have to postpone some of the dishes until next week, but we shall see how the week goes.
- Monday – leftover lamb biriyani
- Tuesday – tuna sushi and vegetarian udon noodles
- Wednesday – ready roast herb and lemon chicken from Waitrose served with home-made pasta salad
- Thursday – vegetarian fajita
- Friday – leftover vegetarian fajita
