Meal plan week commencing 22 March

I am not sure how well we will be able to stick to this week’s meal plan, but here goes:

  • Monday – Chicken Nasi Goreng (Fried rice)
  • Pasta in lemon and sour cream
  • Wednesday – Porcini Mushroom risotto
  • Thursday – leftover risotto
  • Friday – probably a take-out
