Meal plan week commencing 5th April

Having over-indulged on food throughout Easter, I feel that a week of (almost) sensible eating is in store for us.

  • Tuesday – leftover lamb roast dinner
  • Wednesday – carrot and lentil soup
  • Thursday – tuna sushi and broccoli and carrot stir-fry
  • Friday – steamed cod in ginger and oyster sauce served with egg fried rice
