Meal plan week commencing 26 April

It’s our last week before our holidays, and this time we definitely need to clear out the fridge.  I’ve only a few vegetables, potatoes and eggs left, so it shouldn’t be too difficult.

  • Monday – chicken curry and mixed vegetables
  • Tuesday  leftover chicken curry
  • Wednesday – Lamb chops and spicy wedges
  • Thursday – King prawn and egg fried rice
  • Friday – Leftover fried rice
