Meal plan week commencing 17th May

We have a rather empty fridge at the moment, so I am hoping that having a meal plan for the week is going to give us some direction when we go grocery shopping tomorrow. Although I can so easily see us living off take-outs all week…

  • Monday – Lamb steaks, mustard and olive dressing served with baked orzo
  • Tuesday – Leftover baked orzo and grilled lemon sole
  • Wednesday – Chicken with Mustard Mascarpone Marsala sauce
  • Thursday – Egg fried rice
  • Friday – possibly a take-out as we’re going away for the weekend
