There was plenty of leftover baked orzo and mustard-olive dressing from last night. For tonight’s dinner, I grilled organic salmon and served with the orzo and mustard dressing. I seasoned the salmon with salt and pepper, lightly greased with olive oil. I lightly fried the salmon skin-side down for 2 minutes and baked it in the oven for 7 minutes at 200 degrees. I had our dinner on the table in 15 minutes and it was delicious!
