Herb-crusted rack of lamb

We bought a lovely rack of lamb from our local butcher today.  I followed Ina Garten’s Barefoot in Paris recipe for herb-crusted rack of lamb, which was fairly simple, but I had to modify the cooking time as we prefer our meat cooked to a medium.
