After an extremely stressful week worrying about Hubby’s health and terminating derivative contracts at work, I couldn’t face spending any time in the kitchen over the weekend. Therefore, I am not sure how I’m going to feel about cooking this week but I thought I’d at least make an effort to think about it.
- Monday – Hubby’s birthday
- Tuesday – squash and courgette soup
- Wednesday – tom yum soup (prawn and tofu)
- Thursday – chili con carne
- Friday – leftover chili
