This is the first meal plan for 2011. While I stocked up on meat today, my aim is to continue using up dry ingredients in the food press, packs of ready-made sauces and that infamous bag of spuds! Hopefully some dishes can be made to last two meals:
- Monday – leftover lamb ragu and polenta
- Tuesday – chicken cooked with lemons, served with puy lentils
- Wednesday – lamb keema and peas
- Thursday – leftover lamb keema and peas
- Friday – party food!
