Meal plan week commencing 3 January 2011

This is the first meal plan for 2011.  While I stocked up on meat today, my aim is to continue using up dry ingredients in the food press, packs of ready-made sauces and that infamous bag of spuds! Hopefully some dishes can be made to last two meals:

  • Monday – leftover lamb ragu and polenta
  • Tuesday – chicken cooked with lemons, served with puy lentils
  • Wednesday – lamb keema and peas
  • Thursday – leftover lamb keema and peas
  • Friday –  party food!
