Spicing up leftover lamb ragu

Both Hubby and I went back to work today after the festivities.  It was a long day and I was looking forward to getting home. I had a bit more the lamb ragu leftover from Sunday, but had run out of polenta. I decided to add chili con carne mix to the lamb with half a cup of water to spice it up, and served it with spaghetti.  There’s a small bowl left but we managed to get 3 meals per person out of two slow-cooked lamb shanks. Tasty and economical. You can’t go wrong with that.
