Grilled lamb served with romesco sauce and virgin paella

As neither of us were overly hungry last night, I didn’t cook the lamb as per the meal plan.  We had a lovely lunch today of grilled lamb, served with romesco sauce and virgin paella, all inspired by recipes in Simply Bill by Bill Granger.  When I was writing out my grocery list earlier this week, I misread the recipe for the romesco sauce and bought a jar of anchovies in brine.  I decided to use some anchovies in the sauce anyway, albeit sparingly and it turned out well and not fishy at all.
