The meal I had after the cooking workshop at Wholefood Harmony last Thursday was my only healthy meal last week. Another busy week is in store but I must try to make an effort to eat better.
- Monday – grilled salmon served with millet mash
- Tuesday – tofu and oyster mushrooms in a sweet and sour sauce, steamed bok choy
- Wednesday – oven baked butternut squash risotto
- Thursday – grilled tuna, cannelini bean mash
- Friday – chicken and mixed vegetable stir fry, soba noodles
