Meal plan week commencing 24 January 2011

The meal I had after the cooking workshop at Wholefood Harmony last Thursday was my only healthy meal last week.  Another busy week is in store but I must try to make an effort to eat better.

  • Monday – grilled salmon served with millet mash
  • Tuesday – tofu and oyster mushrooms in a sweet and sour sauce, steamed bok choy
  • Wednesday – oven baked butternut squash risotto
  • Thursday – grilled tuna, cannelini bean mash
  • Friday – chicken and mixed vegetable stir fry, soba noodles
