I can’t believe that January is almost over. We have done pretty well with cooking at home since the start of the new year. Let’s hope we’ll keep it up in February.
- Monday – butternut squash risotto (didn’t get a chance to make this last week)
- Tuesday – chicken in orange sauce, baked rice with chinese cabbage and ginger
- Wednesday – leftover chicken
- Thursday – udon noodle stir-fry (tofu, yellow pepper and prawns)
- Friday – Grilled fish served with millet and lentil bake
