Meal plan week commencing 31 January 2011

I can’t believe that January is almost over. We have done pretty well with cooking at home since the start of the new year.   Let’s hope we’ll keep it up in February.

  • Monday – butternut squash risotto (didn’t get a chance to make this last week)
  • Tuesday – chicken in orange sauce, baked rice with chinese cabbage and ginger
  • Wednesday – leftover chicken
  • Thursday – udon noodle stir-fry (tofu, yellow pepper and prawns)
  • Friday – Grilled fish served with millet and lentil bake
