We’ve eaten so well this weekend that the last thing I wish to think about is food for the rest of the week. I think the fridge is pretty bare save for leftover Chinese cabbage, and apart from packets of grains in the press, I think we’re due to do a big shop soon. Work is getting busier by the day, so I think I might cook a big pot of something to last a second day. This meal plan is probably the least inspired I’ve done in a long time.

- Wednesday – Chicken fajita
- Thursday – Chili con carne
- Friday – leftover chili
