My time isn’t my own between mid-Feb and end of March. I had an unexpected lull at work last week, but things are expected to pick up from Tuesday. The joys of bean-counting.
- Monday – leftover chili con carne
- Tuesday – chicken in (ready-made) satay sauce
- Wednesday – lamb chops and couscous
- Thursday – tofu and bok choy stir-fry, omelette
- Friday – lemon sole in wine and herb sauce, puy lentils
