We had plenty of lovely, rich food at the weekend. The theme continues for Monday, and then I think it might be sensible to revert to light dishes.
- Monday – chicken, chestnut mushrooms and courgette stroganoff
- Tuesday – chicken tom yum soup
- Wednesday – steamed cod with tamari and ginger dressing
- Thursday – grilled salmon, bok choy
- Friday – lamb steaks in mustard and rosemary, creamy polenta
