It’s back to a 5 day working week. The weather is improving, work isn’t overly busy which will give us time to DIY in the evenings. We’re still on operation ‘pudgy belly’. The pies were a treat today, but it’s back to sensible eating next week.
- Monday – Parsnip soup (from last week’s meal plan)
- Tuesday – Salmon and puy lentils
- Wednesday – Singapore style vegetarian rice noodles
- Thursday – Cod and asparagus in ginger and oyster sauce
- Friday – Probably dine out!
