Meal plan week commencing 6 June 2011

We took a break from meal plans last week, but the holidays are well and truly over now, and it is time to get back to a routine.

  • Monday – cheat’s nasi lemak
  • Tuesday – grilled salmon, asparagus and couscous salad
  • Wednesday – mushroom risotto
  • Thursday – lamb curry
  • Friday – take out
