Meal plan week commencing 27 June 2011

Here is a quick meal plan for the week:

  • Monday – Grilled salmon, leftover chickpea stew
  • Tuesday – Noodle soup
  • Wednesday – Lamb in ginger and spring onions, steamed bok choy
  • Thursday –  Lentil, carrot and celery soup
  • Friday – Grilled lemon sole, barley stew
