Meal plan week commencing 4 July 2011

We’ve been eating sensibly over the last week, and I hope it continues..

  • Monday – Baked balsamic chicken (hubby really enjoyed it when I first made it last weekend), pot barley stew
  • Tuesday – chili con carne, brown basmati rice
  • Wednesday –  butternut squash and red lentil soup
  • Thursday – chicken fajita
  • Friday –  probably a take out
