We had a very busy weekend of entertaining family and a lot of fun was had. The weather cleared up today and we managed to sneak in a barbecue. We’re expecting another fairly busy week – no surprises there. We had a good week last week with soups and salads. We’ll try to keep up the healthy meals, but I’m looking to add in some red meat as well.
- Monday – chicken, shiitake and brown udon stir-fry
- Tuesday – lentil, celery and carrot soup
- Wednesday – lamb chops, sweet potatoes and couscous (Feed Me Now)
- Thursday – ribollita
- Friday – take out!
