I can’t believe that it is the start of August, my favourite month, tomorrow. Work is extremely busy this time of year with the tax man at our heels, so I hope to keep the weekly meal plans relatively simple and fuss free.
- Monday – leftover biriyani
- Tuesday – cod in hot and sour broth
- Wednesday – mushroom risotto
- Thursday – Spicy chicken and sweet potato served with couscous (last week’s lamb chops and sweet potato was a no-show)
- Friday – Thai style tofu, green beans stir fry
