I have some vegetables in the crisper to use up in the next few days. This is going to be a very busy week at work, so I don’t know whether I’ll be up for cooking in the evenings. Otherwise, it’ll be cheese and crackers, which we also have plenty of.
- Monday – leftover chicken curry
- Tuesday – roasted butternut squash soup
- Wednesday – grilled scallops, ratatouille and couscous
- Thursday – mushroom and celery risotto
- Friday – cheese and crackers!
