Meal plan week commencing 5th September 2011

I am going to rely on bulk cooking to see us through this week.  I have only planned for 2 meals this week – I am very busy at work at the moment but am still hoping to fit it my exercise routine on the days which I can rely on leftover food.

  • Monday – chili con carne
  • Tuesday – leftover chili
  • Wednesday – ribollita
  • Thursday – leftover ribollita
  • Friday – perhaps chicken fajita. We’ll see.
