I am going to rely on bulk cooking to see us through this week. I have only planned for 2 meals this week – I am very busy at work at the moment but am still hoping to fit it my exercise routine on the days which I can rely on leftover food.
- Monday – chili con carne
- Tuesday – leftover chili
- Wednesday – ribollita
- Thursday – leftover ribollita
- Friday – perhaps chicken fajita. We’ll see.
