Meal plan week commencing 19 September 2011

Here’s our meal plan for the week ahead.  There’s a bit of cooking everyday.

  • Monday – chicken salad for Hubby, shoyu tofu noodle soup for me
  • Tuesday – porcini mushroom risotto
  • Wednesday – grilled tuna, white bean and fennel salad
  • Thursday – thai-style tofu, green beans and omelette
  • Friday – baked chicken with lemon and olives
