Meal plan week commencing 31 October 2011

I have curry coming out of my pores after our Diwali curry feast! No spicy dishes on the menu this week, however the menu I’ve planned involves daily cooking:

  • Monday – soy-glazed tuna, steamed chinese cabbage
  • Tuesday – squash, carrot and coriander soup
  • Wednesday – caramel salmon, quinoa-cucumber-mint salad
  • Thursday – leek and sweetcorn chowder
  • Friday – lamb steaks, puy lentil casserole
