The saying ‘feed a cold’ rings true in our household at the moment. I’ve already cooked tomorrow’s dinner which is a good headstart to the week. The fridge is well stocked as well, so here’s to a good week ahead.

- Wednesday – king prawn fried rice
- Thursday – leftover roast tomato soup
- Friday – lasagna, wedges, rocket and avocado salad
