Last week’s meal plan went out the window as my cold took over. I feasted on calorific takeaways and KFC burger meals. Full of remorse, I’ve just placed a sensible order on Ocado. Here is my meal plan for the coming week.
- Monday – celery and red lentil soup
- Tuesday – grilled tuna and couscous salad
- Wednesday – tofu, shiitake mushroom and noodle soup
- Thursday – grilled salmon and lentils
- Friday – baked risotto
