We’ve got some leftover lamb from earlier today as well as chicken legs from the butchers to see us through Monday and Tuesday. It’s probably vegetarian fare for the rest of the week. We’ll see how we go.

- Tuesday – chicken in ready-made ginger/honey sauce, rice and green bean stir-fry
- Wednesday – carrot and coriander soup
- Thursday – leftover soup
- Friday – grilled salmon, sugar snap peas
