We’re hoping to make good progress with the painting and decorating in the back room this week, which is to be converted into our bedroom. I’m going to keep our meal plan for the week simple in order to free up whatever little time we have in the evenings to get on with the painting.
- Monday – leftover roast chicken for Hubby, porridge for me
- Tuesday – tuna and cucumber sushi, miso soup
- Wednesday – sweet and sour tofu, steamed rice
- Thursday – leftover tofu, omelette
- Friday – vegetarian pasta for Hubby, porridge for me
