We had a late dinner last Sunday night and I couldn’t bring myself to think about food or meal plans for the week. However, this is what we’ve eaten, and sushi is planned for tonight.
- Monday – Sunday leftovers
- Tuesday – ready-made tortellini with lots of herbs from the garden
- Wednesday – store-bought gnocchi, plum tomatoes, olives
- Thursday – dine out with work
- Friday – sushi and miso soup and the Olympic opening ceremony on telly!
