We’ve been eating rather well over this holiday season. Hubby bought lamb shoulder as well as turkey for Christmas but we decided to cook the latter on the 25th and leave the lamb for later.
I found a recipe for slow cooked pork shoulder in River Cottage Two Easy which also piqued Hubby’s interest. We decided to swap the protein. This is a very simple but tasty dish to make, which we served with baked creamy potatoes and steamed green beans.
