I did a big shop on Ocado last week hence our fridge is well stock for this week’s meal plan. We some leftover food from some of the meals, and therefore I’ve bumped them onto this week’s plan.
- Monday – lamb mince and veggie pasta
- Tuesday – grilled salmon and baby potatoes
- Wednesday -sweet and sour tofu and veggies
- Thursday – baked mushroom risotto (from last week’s meal plan)
- Friday – grilled lamb steak, couscous, veggies
- Saturday – teriyaki salmon, rice (from last week’s meal plan)
- Sunday – roast chicken (from last week’s meal plan)
