Meal plan w/c 18th Feb 2013

The fridge is now stock-up for the next week.  Here is the meal plan for the rest of the week.

  • Thursday – dhal, tuna fishcakes
  • Friday – chicken parmigiana
  • Saturday – mushroom risotto
  • Sunday – japanese tofu curry
  • Monday – salmon, quinoa
  • Tuesday – thai red prawn and aubergine curry
  • Wednesday – leftover curry
  • Thursday – fish and chips takeaway
