- Monday – red pepper, spinach and sweet potato tortilla (this is going to be a challenge as I’m not a fan of eggs) (SW)
- Tuesday – vegetarian chili (made last week with quorn, extra portion is in the freezer) (SW)
- Wednesday – chicken and asparagus stir-fry
- Thursday – quorn cottage pie
- Friday – chilli and squash risotto (SW)
