Meal plan w/c 25th March 2013

This week, I’m hoping to try out some free recipes posted on Slimming World.

  • Monday – red pepper, spinach and sweet potato tortilla (this is going to be a challenge as I’m not a fan of eggs) (SW)
  • Tuesday – vegetarian chili (made last week with quorn, extra portion is in the freezer) (SW)
  • Wednesday –  chicken and asparagus stir-fry
  • Thursday – quorn cottage pie
  • Friday – chilli and squash risotto (SW)
