Where did the weekend go? Hope everyone had a good one! We’ve been eating plenty of fruit and veg here at Casa Gcroft (with the odd brownie thrown in, haha) for the past 2 weeks, and I’ve seen an improvement in my energy levels without having to resort to coffee in the midst of looking after the little bear. Here’s to another good week.
- Monday – lean grilled lamb steaks, courgettes, oven-baked spuds
- Tuesday – tofu, broccoli and mushroom stir-fry, brown rice
- Wednesday – grilled salmon, courgettes, couscous
- Thursday – dhal, oven-baked tuna fishcakes, broccoli
- Friday – thai-style cod, mixed veggies
