Meal plan w/c 15th April 2013

Week 4 of healthy-eating continues:

  • Monday – skinny porcini mushroom risotto, lots of salad
  • Tuesday – lamb in ras el-hanout, courgettes, couscous
  • Wednesday – Japanese-style tofu curry
  • Thursday – cod in Chinese-style sweet and sour sauce
  • Friday – chicken thighs, cooked with lime leaves, chilli and lemongrass
