Meal plan w/c 20th May 2013

Here is this week’s meal plan:

  • Monday – salmon, puy lentils
  • Tuesday – vegetarian chili (sweet potato, black beans, courgettes)
  • Wednesday – ayam masak merah, brown rice, broccoli
  • Thursday – veggie soba noodles (tofu, shiitake mushrooms, yellow peppers)
  • Friday – chicken fajita night
