Meal plan w/c 3rd June 2013

A bad meal out on Saturday reminded me that the best meals are the ones we cook at home – from the simplest stir-fries to the elaborate, methodically planned dinners.

  • Meat-less Monday – spring green and orzo soup
  • Tuesday – leftover pulled lamb, jersey royals, coleslaw
  • Wednesday – japanese-style tofu curry, brown rice
  • Thursday – chicken and whole wheat pasta
  • Friday – sticky caramel cod, jasmine rice
