Meal plan w/c 10th June 2013

We’ve had a very busy weekend sorting things out in the house.   As a result, no dinners were cooked and we resorted to eating out.  However, big lesson learnt from the previous weekend – stick to the tried and tested, which we did and everyone tucked into their food happily.   Back to home-cooked food for the week.

Dinners:

  • Meat-less Monday – veggie pasta
  • Tuesday – grilled salmon, asparagus, Jersey royals (can’t get enough of these!)
  • Wednesday – tofu curry (from last week’s meal plan)
  • Thursday – Nigella’s Vietnamese chicken and mint salad
  • Friday – mushroom and squash risotto

Lunch:

  • butternut squash soup
  • jacket potato, baked beans, salad
  • tofu curry leftovers
