Meal plan w/c 1 July 2013

Well hello, July!  Baby girl is showing a lot of interest in food, which is all the motivation I need to ensure we eat sensibly.

  • Monday – salmon, courgettes, puy lentils 
  • Tuesday – tofu and broccoli stir-fry
  • Wednesday – chili con carne
  • Thursday – squash spaghetti
  • Friday – grilled seabass, couscous, courgettes
