We’ve had a really good weekend, but didn’t fare too well where food was concerned. The aim for this week is to eat more veggies with our meals.
- Meatless Monday – Braised tofu, broccoli/carrot stir-fry
- Tuesday – Pasta vongole, lots of cut-and-come-again salad leaves from the garden
- Wednesday – Dhal, cabbage stir-fry
- Thursday – Seabass in ginger sauce, broccoli/carrot stir-fry
- Friday – Porcini mushrooms and pea risotto
