Meal plan w/c 29 July 2013

Here is this week’s meal plan.

  • Meat-less Monday – aubergine bake, pasta
  • Tuesday – chicken cooked with ras el-hanout, brown rice
  • Wednesday – tamarind seabass, mixed veg stir-fry
  • Thursday – vegetarian chili
  • Friday – leftover chili

Lunch – butternut squash soup, jacket potato
