I’ll need to do an Ocado shop this week as we are running low on fruit and vegetables. Still, we might get a few meals out of what’s in the fridge/pantry before that.
- Meatless Monday – Aubergine, tomato pasta
- Tuesday – chicken curry (ready-made sauce), rice, broccoli
- Wednesday – salmon, puy lentils
- Thursday – lamb steaks, lemon roast potatoes, courgettes
- Friday – Fish & Chips?
Lunch – jacket potato, veggie stir-fry, black bean burger
