Meal plan w/c 5th August 2013

I’ll need to do an Ocado shop this week as we are running low on fruit and vegetables.  Still, we might get a few meals out of what’s in the fridge/pantry before that.

  • Meatless Monday – Aubergine, tomato pasta
  • Tuesday – chicken curry (ready-made sauce), rice, broccoli
  • Wednesday – salmon, puy lentils
  • Thursday – lamb steaks, lemon roast potatoes, courgettes
  • Friday –  Fish & Chips?

Lunch – jacket potato, veggie stir-fry, black bean burger
