Meal plan w/c 12th August 2013

We have a free social calendar this week.  After a weekend of eating out, a week of home-cooked food is well deserved.

  • Meat-less Monday – squash risotto
  • Tuesday – lemon chicken, mixed veg stir-fry
  • Wednesday – salmon, puy lentils (rolled over from last week’s meal plan)
  • Thursday – Japanese-style tofu curry, brown rice, steamed broccoli
  • Friday – prawn padprik style stir-fry

Lunch: jacket potato,  squash & sweet potato soup, salads
