We have a free social calendar this week. After a weekend of eating out, a week of home-cooked food is well deserved.
- Meat-less Monday – squash risotto
- Tuesday – lemon chicken, mixed veg stir-fry
- Wednesday – salmon, puy lentils (rolled over from last week’s meal plan)
- Thursday – Japanese-style tofu curry, brown rice, steamed broccoli
- Friday – prawn padprik style stir-fry
Lunch: jacket potato, squash & sweet potato soup, salads
