Meal plan w/c 19th August 2013

Last week’s meal planning was a semi-success.  I say that because we managed to dine in until Thursday.  Hubby got home early on Friday and we went for a drive.  On the way back, we passed by one of our favourite restaurants and made the decision to go in.   Eating out three days in a row is very expensive, but it means that I’ve got a fridge/freezer full of food which can be used for this week’s meal plans without having to do a big grocery shop.

  • Meatless Monday – veggie pasta
  • Tuesday – salmon, lentils
  • Wednesday – Chinese=style sweet and sour cod, rice
  • Thursday – leftover cod
  • Friday – sea bass,  lemon potatoes, courgettes
