Last week’s meal planning was a semi-success. I say that because we managed to dine in until Thursday. Hubby got home early on Friday and we went for a drive. On the way back, we passed by one of our favourite restaurants and made the decision to go in. Eating out three days in a row is very expensive, but it means that I’ve got a fridge/freezer full of food which can be used for this week’s meal plans without having to do a big grocery shop.
- Meatless Monday – veggie pasta
- Tuesday – salmon, lentils
- Wednesday – Chinese=style sweet and sour cod, rice
- Thursday – leftover cod
- Friday – sea bass, lemon potatoes, courgettes
