Meal plan w/c 9th September 2013

As much as we enjoyed our meals during our recent holiday, I’m looking forward to some home-cooked food for the coming week.

  • Meatless Monday – chickpea curry, brown rice
  • Tuesday – salmon, quinoa, mixed salad
  • Wednesday – dhal, tuna cakes, kale
  • Thursday – grilled lamb steaks, potatoes, courgettes
  • Friday – chicken in white wine,  baked orzo
