Meal plan w/c 16th September 2013

  • Meatless Monday – sweet potato/mixed bean chili
  • Tuesday – grilled salmon, quinoa, sugar snap peas
  • Wednesday – dhal (roll over from last week)
  • Thursday – steamed cod, pak choy
  • Friday – chicken kiev, orzo
