Meal plan w/c 30th September 2013

We can’t believe it’s the end of September.  Time sure flies when we’re having fun.

  • Monday – butternut squash risotto
  • Tuesday – caramelised salmon, mangetout
  • Wednesday – veggie chili (rolled over from last week’s meal plan)
  • Thursday – spicy chicken, rice, mixed veg
  • Friday – lamb steaks, chips
